The consumer has the right to decline his purchase made from the online store kaid.bg within 14 days from receipt of the purchased goods. At the customer's request, the goods can be replaced with another item or the amount paid for it can be refunded, including delivery costs.

In order to exercise his right of withdrawal, the user must send a standard withdrawal form to the email hi@kaid.bg.

The courier costs for the return of the goods are covered by the consumer.
